Are courtesy rides available?
Yes we have a courtesy van to assist you with your pick up and drop off of your vehicle.

What are your hours?
WE are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 7:30am to 3:00pm.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Goodyear credit cards.
Do you provide Road service and Towing?
Yes, we answer our phone 24 hours 7 days a week and will accommodate any road service or emergency needs.
Do I have to take my car to the dealer for maintenance service to maintain my warranty?
No. We can do all your required factory maintenance on your vehicle and keep a running history on file to keep your warranty in effect, at a much more convenient facility and competitive price.
Do you offer warranty's?
New York Stated Law requires all registered repair facilities to offer a 3 month or 4,000 mile warranty on all parts and services performed, unless previously stated. We also offer a nationwide 1 year/12,000 mile warranty in association with American Car Care Centers.
Do you provide truck service?
Yes. We have the capability to lift up to 18,000 pound vehicles and have clearance in our facility to accommodate midsize motor homes with a/c unit on the roof. We also have trained technicians to perform services.
Do you have a waiting area, and can I wait for services?
We do have a very comfortable waiting area, for customers to wait for minor services. We also can offer you a ride to home or business for your convenience. Click here for a tour of our facility.
Do you sell accessories and do installations?
Yes. We are an ARE Truck Cap and Cover dealer. We also have a wide line of accessories for all your automotive and truck needs. Installations are available by trained installers. Click here to view the products we sell.
Do send service reminders?
We send a letter to remind you, that your Oil Change Service is due every 3 month's or 3,000 miles. We also send a reminder for NYS inspections, 30 days before your expiration date, so you can avoid a possible summons.
Do you finance?
We can provide the Goodyear credit card and Firestone credit card with different promotions for interest free financing when available.
Are you a licensed NYS Inspection facility?
Yes, we perform all safety and emissions inspections required by NY State.
Do you do Wheel Alignments.
We have a State of the Art Wheel Alignment System to perform all alignments. Including 4 wheel alignment, steering angle sensor adjustment, and electronic steering service.
